Without a doubt, Joe is the agent we are extremely satisfied having achieved the outcome beyond our expectations of selling our home. Before considering selling our home, we received flyers in our mailbox from REALTORS and selling agents within our area. For some, my wife and I did review the flyers on how each was promoting their services. Some were new names and some were consistently present. What caught our eye, was the sales or listing in order of highest price homes that the agent has sold. We matched the selling price of what we were thinking of, for our home’s worth to the agent’s listing. Of course, the pictures of homes sold and the one-liners about what made the sale were important. Joe caught our eye consistently with his very beautifully designed flyer, the listing of high price homes, and the photos. We then considered the factors of “familiar with the area”, getting an idea of the marketing strategy for selling, online reviews, and then the interview. We purposely did not disclose our home address for our 1st meeting with Joe, rather meeting in his office. Then Joe checked all our boxes of selling high-priced homes, advised us on strategy, and by our 2nd meeting, he had prepared a professionally done summary report of the area sales, photos, and assessment of the value of our home, and discussed our way forward based on our priority of time to sell and price. The best outcome for us turned out that Joe has had potential buyers very interested in our neighborhood in his client relationship list and when it was the right time, checked with us, whether we would allow a tour. True to his word, Joe is always reliable, keeping us informed, and ultimately connected with a buyer that was serious, and without much back and forth, we sold our home. Some sellers want multiple offers but for us, we had a price in mind and the time we want to sell.
